1. Open the Time Lens app
2. Tap the "Upload Photo" or camera button
3. Choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one
4. Select an effect (Disney, Ghibli, Portrait, etc.)
5. Wait for the AI to process your image
6. Save or share your transformed photo!

Time Lens offers various AI-powered effects:

• Portrait Effects: Professional, Royal, Pencil Sketch

For best results, use photos that are:

• Clear & Well-lit: Good lighting helps the AI understand your features
• Front-facing: Face should be visible and not at extreme angles
• High Resolution: Better quality input = better quality output
• Single Person: Works best with one main subject
• Minimal Obstructions: Avoid sunglasses, masks, or hands covering the face

Our credit system is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Free Users: Get 3-5 free credits daily
• Credit Cost: Most transformations cost 1 credit
• Reset Time: Free credits reset every 24 hours
• Pro Users: Get unlimited credits + premium features

Upgrading is simple:

1. Go to Settings in the app
2. Tap "Upgrade to Pro"
3. Choose your subscription plan
4. Complete payment through your app store
5. Enjoy unlimited access immediately!

Note: Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

To cancel your subscription:

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
2. Find Time Lens Pro
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Go to Menu > Subscriptions
3. Find Time Lens Pro and cancel

Transformation time depends on several factors:

• Server Load: High demand can cause delays
• Effect Complexity: Some AI effects take longer to process
• Image Size: Larger images require more processing time
• Internet Connection: Slow connection affects upload/download

Typical Times:

• Simple effects: 15-30 seconds
• Complex effects: 30-90 seconds
• Pro users get priority processing

If a transformation fails, try these steps:

1. Check Your Internet: Ensure stable connection
2. Try a Different Photo: Some images work better than others
3. Restart the App: Close and reopen Time Lens
4. Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version
5. Try Again Later: Server might be busy

Don't worry: Failed transformations don't consume your credits!

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart Your Device: Simple but often effective
2. Update the App: Check for updates in your app store
3. Free Up Storage: Ensure you have enough device storage

Yes, you have full control over your data:

• Account Deletion: Contact support to delete your account
• Data Removal: All your data will be permanently deleted

• Automatic Cleanup: Photos are auto-deleted after 30 days anyway
