By downloading, installing, or using the Time Lens app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Time Lens is an AI-powered photo transformation app that allows users to:

• Apply artistic filters and effects to photos
• Transform photos using AI technology
• Generate new images from text descriptions
• Create various artistic styles and effects
• Save and share transformed images

• Use Legally: Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Respect Rights: Not upload images you don't have rights to use
• No Harmful Content: Not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate information when required
• Security: Keep your account and device secure
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not use the app to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with the app's operation

You retain full ownership of your photos. Our app operates with a strict privacy-first approach:

By using our service, you grant us only the minimal license necessary to:

• Process your images using our AI technology during active sessions
• Temporarily transmit images to third-party AI processors (Replicate, OpenAI)
• Display transformed images back to you
• Use aggregated, anonymized usage data (not images) to improve our services

Important: We never claim ownership of your content, never use your images for marketing, and never share your images with third parties except for the temporary AI processing described above.

The Time Lens app, including its design, features, and AI technology, is our intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer our AI models
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Create derivative works based on our app

Our app uses a credit-based system:

• Each transformation may require credits
• Free users receive a limited number of daily credits
• Pro users receive additional credits and features
• Credits are consumed when transformations are processed
• Unused credits may expire according to our credit policy

Pro subscriptions offer:

• Unlimited or increased credits
• Priority processing
• Advanced features and effects
• No watermarks on generated images
• Premium customer support

Subscriptions are billed through your app store and are subject to the app store's terms and refund policies.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• We only collect data necessary to provide our services
• Your images are automatically deleted after 30 days
• We use industry-standard security measures
• We do not sell your personal data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Amounts exceeding what you paid for the service

• You use the app for illegal purposes
• You abuse our services or other users
• We are required to do so by law

You May Terminate:

• Delete the app from your device at any time
• Cancel your subscription through your app store
• Contact us to delete your account and data

• Modifications to service offerings

• Price: As displayed in the App Store at time of purchase
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Billing and Cancellation:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
